Our Services

Our services include an Interim Clubhouse, kitchen, Dining room and bar.  these facilities are staffed by Linda Kelly, bookeeper/office manager; Earl, executive chef; Barbara, bar manager; and our wait staff.  The bookeeper/office manager answers phone requests, collects dues and other charges and pays the bills.  The executive chef supervises the kitchen and dining area, supervises the assistant chef and the waitresses as well as manages the food inventory, including ordering of all food stuffs.  Barbara, bar manager, takes inventory of all wine, beer and liquor, places orders to replenish stock and in addition tends the bar.  The staff also takes reservations for meals, maintains the grounds, reads electric meters and provides input to the Commodore and House committee concerning the day to day operation of the Club's facilities.
